Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of and use of the Nexa Labs online store, as well as the purchase of the products offered there. By accessing the site, registering or completing any order, you fully and expressly accept what is set out here. If you do not agree with any of these clauses, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates this site

This site is operated by Nexa Labs. You can reach us at contacto@nexalabs.mx or on WhatsApp.

2. Nature of the products (RUO)

All products offered are reference compounds for scientific research (RUO — Research Use Only). They are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or consumer products. They have not been approved by COFEPRIS, the FDA, the EMA or any other health authority for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease, nor for use in humans or animals.

Nothing on this site — including product descriptions, technical sheets, articles, calculators or support conversations — constitutes medical, pharmacological, legal or any other kind of professional advice.

3. Buyer representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are over 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You are buying the products solely for scientific research in a controlled setting.
• You will not introduce the products into the human or animal body under any circumstance.
• You will not resell the products as consumer goods, medicines or supplements.
• You understand the nature of what you are buying and have consulted the relevant scientific literature.
• You will store the product under the conditions stated on its technical sheet.
• You will handle and dispose of unused material responsibly.
• You will comply with every law and regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.

Nexa Labs reserves the right to request official identification in justified cases to verify that the buyer is of age.

4. User account

You may create an account to make ordering faster. You are responsible for giving truthful, up-to-date information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is your sole responsibility. If you notice unauthorised access, tell us immediately at contacto@nexalabs.mx.

Your card details are never stored on our servers: they are processed and held directly by our certified payment gateway.

5. How a purchase works

Adding products to the cart is not a purchase. The contract of sale is formed only when payment is approved and Nexa Labs confirms the order by email with its reference number.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, false information or irregularities in the transaction, as well as where the buyer's stated or apparent intention is human or animal consumption. In those cases the amount charged is refunded.

6. Prices

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice; however, any order already confirmed and paid keeps the price in effect at the time of purchase.

In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund the full amount charged, notifying you by email.

7. Availability and stock

Availability depends on actual inventory at the moment payment is confirmed. If a product sells out between your order and its preparation, we will contact you to offer, at your choice: a full refund for that item, an exchange for another product of equivalent value, or waiting for the next available lot.

8. Discount codes

Promotional codes are personal, single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with each other. A code used on a paid order cannot be reused, even if the order is cancelled afterwards.

9. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Published delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Nexa Labs is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties, including carrier delays, acts of God or force majeure, weather or roadblocks.

10. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges and returns are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. Because these are compounds sensitive to temperature and handling, specific conditions apply and are set out in that document.

11. Limitation of liability

Nexa Labs limits its liability, in every case, to the value of the product purchased. We accept no liability for misuse of the products, including any use outside the research context declared by the buyer, nor for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from use of the site or the products. Use of the products is the buyer's sole responsibility.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photographs, technical documents, graphics, visual identity, logos, tools and code — belongs to Nexa Labs or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or use in whole or in part without prior written permission is prohibited, except for academic citation with proper attribution.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date visible. Where a change is material, we will give our customers at least 15 calendar days' notice at their registered email address. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept it.
